Medal Design

The front of the medal features the iconic Globe and Laurel, a symbol recognised around the world and closely associated with the Royal Marines.

The reverse bears the words “Call of Duty”, reflecting the courage, commitment and service of generations of Royal Marines.

The medal is suspended from a distinctive ribbon featuring traditional Corps colours.
