Returns
As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Preference changes after purchase
Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To process your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products ordered in the wrong size
- Products ordered in the wrong colour
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or misuse
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
